Allagiannis’ fine wine makes our smile shine!
Already euphoric thanks to the Domaine Vassiliou wines, we set forth for more… at Allagiannis’, located in the Markopoulo area, in Attica’s Mesogeia region. Vassilis Allagiannis, true to his calling and following in his father’s footsteps, was there with a warm smile to greet us, share his insight and invite us to sample some of the Allagiannis family wines.
Our impressions? Fine wine makes our smile shine! The Allagiannis Winery – a family affair run by the younger generation Vassilis and his sister Maria – offer a wide variety of wines for every taste and every pocket. Their motto? “Everyone is entitled to enjoy affordable fine quality wine”.
Besides serving as a showcase for their product, the Allagiannis shop also hosts wine-related events with live jam sessions and wine, cheese & wine tastings, and also happens to be the regular “haunt” of the famous Cyclists for Wine , who get off their bikes and sit down to some good wine and finger food at the end of their ride.
